Yes, during WDF hours Mon-Thu 8:30am-7:00pm, Fri-Sat 9:00am-5:00pm.
Our laundromat uses coins only.
Yes, two 80-pound washers and two 80-pound dryers.
Our staff is on duty to help you Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and Friday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The shop remains open for self-service from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
Yes! If you drop your bags off by 11:00 AM, we can often have them ready for pickup by that evening, subject to daily volume. Please check with the attendant when you arrive.
It's our way of helping our neighbors get through the week. Every Wednesday, all washers in our Cocoa Beach shop are $2.00 OFF all day long.
Our largest Fagor machines handle up to 80lbs, which is perfect for king-size comforters, heavy rugs, and weighted blankets. We’ve designed our shop to handle the items that won't fit in home machines.
We do. We use soft wool dryer balls instead of single-use sheets. This is gentler on your fabrics, dries clothes faster, and is a small way we help protect our local Florida environment.

Pickup and Delivery Questions
Yes. If you have pets—especially dogs—please leave a note in your account or text us before your scheduled pickup. We require your pets to be secured and indoors at the time of pick up or delivery. This helps our drivers stay safe and ensures a smooth pickup. You can also include instructions like “Dog barks” or “Please don’t ring the doorbell.” Thanks for helping us provide safe and reliable service!
You must give us permission in your account to leave your clothes if you are not going to be home for the delivery. Tell us where to leave them. We don't want to be responsible if your clothes go missing so we need written permission to leave them.

With your payment information you give us when signing up.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
We provide a guaranteed 24-hour turnaround for all laundry delivery orders. If we pick up your bags on Monday morning, they will be returned fresh and folded on Tuesday morning.
We strictly follow your custom notes. When you book, you can specify water temperatures, detergent choices (including Free & Clear), and any items that require hang-drying. We treat your clothes with the same care we use for our own family's laundry.
